About the role

Stellar is looking for an Implementation Lead, a foundational technical hire who will be responsible for successful AI agent implementations at Stellar's mid-market and enterprise clients. This role sits at the intersection of solution engineering, customer success and digital consulting. You will serve as a technical advisor and trusted consultant to our clients, driving value-based solution design for the customer's AI agents and integration of Stellar's AI voice agent platform into complex systems landscapes.

You will lead AI agent implementations at Stellar's clients from kickoff to go-live, and be the primary partner for our clients as they onboard and integrate with Stellar’s voice AI platform.

Beyond managing the integration process, you will work directly with clients to design tailored AI agents that meet their specific needs. You’ll be responsible for identifying customer requirements and systems landscape, and translating these into effective AI agent setups while ensuring each deployment delivers real business value.

As an early member of the Implementation team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how we roll out the Stellar platform to a growing customer base while keeping quality at the core. You’ll also have the opportunity to help shape how we scale our onboarding, agent design and delivery processes and have direct impact on how Stellar's product evolves.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about owning projects end-to-end, working at the intersection of technology and business, and delivering transformational customer experiences using AI.

Location
Amsterdam (hybrid), with regular travel to client sites across the Netherlands. Occasional travel to other countries might be needed

What you'll do:

  • Lead multiple concurrent implementation projects across mid-market and enterprise clients, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality expectations are consistently met.
  • Identify and translate customer requirements into high-quality agent and integration designs in collaboration with Product and Engineering.
  • Serve as the primary partner for new customers during onboarding, guiding them from kickoff to a successful go-live.
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with customer stakeholders—both technical teams and business leaders—throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Proactively manage project risks, blockers, and scope changes, ensuring smooth resolutions and minimal disruption to customer success.
  • Build and continuously improve scalable, repeatable onboarding and implementation playbooks, while remaining flexible to unique customer needs.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, surfacing actionable feedback to influence the product roadmap and process improvements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on speed, reliability, and a consistently exceptional customer experience.
  • Help shape Stellar’s implementation methodology, establishing best practices for onboarding, project management, and customer engagement.

Who you are:

  • You have 2+ years of experience in implementation, digital consulting, or solution engineering, ideally with exposure to complex system integrations.
  • You’ve successfully led technical projects in large, complex organisations and are comfortable navigating both strategic and operational conversations.
  • You have a strong understanding of APIs, backend systems, and integrations and can translate these technical concepts into clear, business-friendly terms
  • You have exceptional organisational and project management skills—able to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders without losing focus or quality.
  • You’re a proactive communicator and a natural relationship builder, comfortable working across technical stakeholders, executives, and end users.
  • You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and are excited to build processes from the ground up.
  • You’re detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and driven to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • You are fluent in English; Dutch or other European languages are a plus.

Salary range

€70.000 - €100.000 + equity
