Established brands such as Landal, Roompot, Vanbreda and NVM Service Office already let Stellar's agents answer their support calls. We have a long list of well-known brands (including industry-leading banks, e-commerce brands, and insurers) in earlier stages of the sales & implementation funnel.

WWith tens of thousands of conversations already flowing through the Stellar platform on a monthly basis, and proven traction in the enterprise and mid-market segment, we're well-positioned for aggressive expansion across the enterprise and upper mid-market segments.

About the role

We're looking for an exceptional first sales leader to own the full sales cycle: from pipeline generation through signed contract. You'll play a pivotal role in running and defining Stellar's sales motion, working directly with the founders to define and execute our go-to-market strategy.

This is hands-on, enterprise selling with multi-month deal cycles and €100K+ ACV. Our founders currently run sales and will work alongside you, but you will be expected to take ownership fast.

What you'll do

  • Build and own the sales pipeline: identify target accounts, run outbound, and develop inbound leads into qualified opportunities
  • Run the full deal cycle: discovery, demos, pilot scoping, stakeholder management, and contract closing
  • Shape our go-to-market motion: define the outbound strategies, processes, and playbooks that determine how Stellar sells — you're not just executing on playbooks, you're creating them
  • Bring structure to the sales function  CRM discipline, qualification frameworks, deal processes — to help effectively scale Stellar's sales motion
  • Work closely with our founding team to refine positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategy
  • Get out in the field — meet prospects face-to-face, network, and build relationships
  • Help shape what the commercial organisation looks like as we grow

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in B2B sales (ideally SaaS), with a track record of closing enterprise deals with €100K+ ACV and consistently exceeding quota
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles with multiple senior stakeholders
  • Self-starter that's comfortable with ambiguity and working in early-stage, high-growth environments
  • Experience building your own sales pipeline — growing our early-stage funnel will be a key part of this role
  • Dutch and English fluency required

Nice to have

  • Affinity with technology: you can talk about and understand technical products such as Stellar's
  • Affinity with AI & sales tooling: you already use AI & sales tools to scale your own sales output
  • Existing network of potential buyers with large contact centres, across industries such as Hospitality, Retail, Insurance, Banking, E-Commerce
